Your personalised worming schedule

Your puppy is currently being wormed using Drontal AllWormer®, protecting against all major types of intestinal worms. As a new owner, it’s important to continue this regularly when your pup gets home, to give them a healthy start to life.

To help your new owners with their worming schedule, Drontal® and RightPaw have created a personalised worming schedule for your litter.

Based on the litter’s birthdate, this calculates their worming schedule over the first few months - helping new owners ensure their pups are protected.

Your little pup is still developing their immune system, so it's important to continue their regular worming routine.

Remember - a puppy needs to be wormed at the following times as they grow:

  • At 8 weeks, 10 weeks, and 12 weeks of age;
  • At 4 months, 5 months, and 6 months of age.

How do I know when to start worming?

Download your personalised worming calendar above, or ask your breeder the date your puppy was last wormed - this will tell you where they are at in their worming journey. Remember - young pups need to be wormed at 8 weeks old, 10 weeks old, 12 weeks old, and then at 4 months, 5 months, and 6 months of age. After that, you can move to a three-monthly schedule.

How do I keep track of worming dates?

We recommend printing out your calenar, and putting it on the frige! You can also put calendar reminders in your phone, to ensure you don't miss a dose. Young puppies are still developing their immune systems, so following the regular dosing schedule is crucial.
