Meet your teacher
Dr. Imogen Tomlin-Game BVSc
Imogen works as a small animal-veterinarian, as well as a puppy pre-school instructor. She wrote the RightPaw Puppy Prep Program curriculum, and presents the videos in the course.
Imogen has practised as a vet in Australia and the UK, and is passionate about animal welfare. She loves animal behaviour, instructing as a dog trainer in her spare time.
She is also one of the founding members of RightPaw, designing our code of ethics and overseeing our breeder verification process.

Developed by RightPaw head vet, Dr. Imogen, our Puppy Prep Program is designed to prepare you as a responsible dog owner.
Club members will have access to the full program of lessons and videos - covering topics from before your pup arrives, all the way to helping them settle in and start their training.

RightPaw Puppy Parents will also receive access to our PetCare Advice Centre. You can ask questions for recommendations, or advice regarding your pup; and a member of our friendly team will be able to assist you.
You’ll be able to access the PetCare Advice Centre through your club dashboard on RightPaw.

RightPaw will also send you Puppy Health and Milestone Reminders, to keep your puppy’s development on track.
We’ll keep you updated on vaccinations, worming, socialisation advice and more, all throughout your puppy’s first year. You’ll receive emails and RightPaw alerts to ensure you never miss an important event.

What is the RightPaw Parent Club?
We understand that ultimately, the health of your puppy is the most important. Our goal is to help you provide the home you need that is conducive to a healthier and happier puppy and transitioning them from mum to their forever home! By supporting RightPaw, you are joining our mission to reduce animal abandonment and every purchase goes back to supporting animal welfare.
Does the RightPaw Parent Club expire?
You may find that some of the inclusions will be more beneficial for the first year of your pup’s life but your access to the RightPaw Parent Club will not expire and you can access it any time.
Does your PetCare Advice Centre cover health-related questions?
Our PetCare Advice live chat will cover general information like recommendations for pet groomers, doggy day cares, socialisation etc. For any non-urgent health-related questions, our Chief Veterinary Officer, Dr. Imogen can provide a response. She normally works Wednesdays and Fridays for us. If you have any urgent health-related questions, we recommended seeking advice from your vet.
Will I have 24-hour access to the PetCare Advice Centre?
You can start a chat with our PetCare Advice line at any time, but please know that it can take up to 24 hours to receive a response if you send it out of hours (Monday-Friday, 9 am-5 pm).
What is RightPaw’s Puppy Preparation & Training Program?
Developed by Dr Imogen, RightPaw's Chief Veterinary Officer, the RightPaw Puppy Prep Program is designed to support you with the latest pet parenting expertise.
What topics are covered in the Puppy Preparation & Training Program?
The curated training program is delivered in bite-sizes across 2 months, we cover topics to help you prep for the arrival of your pup and then topics that will help settle your puppy into its new home. You can read the full curriculum here.
